Payment Variants

There is a common sum for participants – residents and non-residents of Belarus. The sum covers expenses for dwelling and 3-time meal (breakfast, dinder, supper) during all days of a Conference, transport expenses between Minsk and the place of a Conference, as far as additional symbolics and attribution of LVEE. Authors, sponsors representatives and press are free from paying that sum.

For private persons

Payment should be done at arrival to the Conference.

Organization fee is 450 000 Belarusian rubles ($50) for 3 days or 270 000 Belarusian rubles ($30) for 1 day.

For legal bodies

Organizations sending one or more employers to participate in the Conference, can perform payment by a bank transfer based on a contract and not later than February, 3.

Payment sum:
1) 585 000 Belarusian rubles ($65) for 3 days or 351 000 Belarusian rubles ($39) for 1 day:

2) 2 600 Russian rubles ($65) for 3 days or 1 560 Russian rubles ($39) for 1 day:
